Professor and researcher at the Institute of Geographical Research (IIGEO) of the Departament of Geography at the "Mayor de San Andrés " University. I teach Academic Subjects in Remote Sensing and Photo Interpretation. The lines of research are urban vulnerabilities. I have a Masters Degree in Geographic Information Technology at the University of Alcalá de Henares (Spain). I am currently a doctoral candidate at dissertation stage at the University of Alcala de Henares (Spain). Experience professional and goals I worked in the Municipal Government of La Paz (Bolivia) as an expert in GIS and Remote Sensing. I also worked in the Provincial de Guadalajara (Spain) in GIS data processing. Areas Developed in my professional experience are Territorial information systems for municipal governments. Later, I engaged in research of geographic information for risk analysis and vulnerability in urban areas, my current goal.
